My family, including my parents, my grandparents, my aunt and uncles, have been coming to this hospital for our animals since my dad was young and Dr. Ferguson was in charge. He's now retired and we are still incredibly pleased with the level of care and professionalism from this establishment under Dr. Kopp and his staff.

I needed to put my dog down, she was old confused and having a rough time. The Vet I used claimed she was healthy. She was getting aggressive, the Vet I was using said they needed a police report. I went to get one. They the Police had never heard of such nonsense. . They gave me the number of Blue Cross and called for me. I went to Blue Cross and they we really nice and professional. They allowed me a time then took her to the back and put her to sleep. I had my dog for 5 years, I got her from a shelter, she was 3 top 5 years old when I got her. Their is nothing worse the putting your dog down. Its doesn't help when the vet your using makes it that much harder. Thank you Blue Cross for making a difficult situation easier to handle.

Service that is bar none! THey are so fantastic with your little one. From the very beginning it was all about my dogs. The receptionist was adorable "Now who are we going to see today?" And I was referred to as the "master", obviously the dogs was #1 around that place! Our dogs hadn't been seen for over a year and they didn't stick us with pricy shots and blood work, just the normal in-and-out. One of my dogs had to be neutered, which we knew and they handled it with the care and ease you'd expect at Kadlec. GREAT service, AMAZING prices... just grade A all the way around.

Beware. The prices for services rendered are very reasonable compared to other veterinary establishments. However they use only human-sized endotracheal tubes for all patients. Now as this may work on larger animals without any trouble the same can not be said for smaller patients. Had some routine dental work done on my cat and her voice (meow) has never been the same. She squeaks and has difficulty being her normal, highly vocal self. Words can't describe the frustration i feel towards this establishment.
