These guys are great. They get you in the same day and our little dog who is vet challenging(she is scared to death because of other bad experiences at other clinics) gets treated and the vet is very kind and helpful. As I said our little dog sits in the parking lot with my husband while I sign in and they quickly get me in on time and answer all my questions. Plus their fees are half of the Taj Mahal vets.

If you are looking for a Vet that will kiss your butt and up sell you at every opportunity then don't go here. I have been here a few times with two different dogs and the bill has always been more than fair and not once have they tried to sell me something. This place reminds me of the Vet my Grandparents went to that had practical solutions for your animal problems. They may not be for everyone but I like them.

I moved here 5 years ago and had been to 4 different vet clinics before I found Double arrow. All the other places charged exorbitant amounts and repeatedly hounded me to do needless blood work, I had to decline $400 in blood work 4 times during one visit! They try to make you feel like you don't love your pet if you don't rack up $1000 bill. One place even wanted to test my new kitty for feline aids on an initial visit even tho there's nothing you can do for it... if they have it they're going to die. My cat had no symptoms what-so-ever. Double arrow does none of these things. My pets are happy and healthy. I highly recommend them. If you have thousands of dollars to needlessly spend on your pet go to meadow hills - they'll be happy to take it! If you want someone to take care of a specific problem - go to double arrow.

We have taken all three of our dogs there over the last 16 years and the staff has been wonderful. Especially this last time when our sweet golden had cancer and had to be put down.

the bitch at the front desk should never be able to have a job where she interacts with normal human beings she should fall off the face of the earth.we have taken our dog in 3 times for the same issue and still, it hasn't improved. when calling after hours they tell you they can't let you know how much the visit is to call in the morning, and when you do you'll see a bill more then double what you pay. overall its cheap because they don't know what they're doing. I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this vet
