They answered all of my questions and I found them to be extremely helpful!!, I would recommend them to any one

I have had several experiences with AETC and they have all been exceptional! The staff there is outstanding. I love the Vets too-this time I was fortunate to have Dr Burgess but have had wonerful experiences with Dr Watson(going to miss her!) and Dr Zimmers too. I cant say enough about what great care they take with the animals and (us) owners, giving all the information, options and care we need. Thank you for providing such a good facilty for us here in Kitsap County!

If there was a no-star rating, I would do that instead. I had an emergency with my pet and they told me to pay the money up front or to just put my pet down. They were not willing to work with me at all.

receptionist was professional and caring that would be the only positive thing about this place. Vet assistant was only concerned with securing your sig on a quote. (no care was given for my pet until this was concluded. Vet was even worse! 15-20 min later I was allowed to see my pet after they had "cleaned her up and administered a catheter". the only thing they had appeared to do is stick her in a cage. Told to wait for a phone call to let me know about tests in 20 min to an 1 hour.. Never happened, I returned to take my pet somewhere else and was told she was "doing poorly" I insisted on seeing her and the answer was "She's dead" Cold, callus and unfeeling delivery! Had I not insisted on seeing my Hannah, I have no doubt I would have been charged for her continued care. I incidentally called this place by accident thinking this was another vet I had dealt with before with satisfactory results. I can't help but wonder if I would have taken her somewhere else....This may sound like a rant... It is, however, as a person whose pets are part of the family, I feel an obligation to warn people. To the receptionist, find a better place to work and thank you.

The best part about my visits here were the options I was given. Many vet hospitals will simply tell you one method of treatment, typically the most expensive one, and expect you to be okay with that. Here I was given a few options for care along with their recommendations and I was able to choose the best option for my dog's health and for my financial well being.
