I just moved to the area and needed to take my dogs in to get their annual checks. The staff was very polite and welcoming of my dogs. The Vet Tech was very informative about what they were going to do that day and discussed with me what other services they provide. The Vet was extremely friendly and you could tell truly loved animals. Was very informative as well and even gave us some vaccinations for our pets on the first day. Will definitely be going back for any of pet needs.

Have never had a bad experience...they have always been attentive to my dog's needs and have always answered all my questions. Love the Wellness Plan!! Would highly recommend!

This was the worst vet clinic experience I have ever had, I left. I had both my dogs and both my kids in tow. We got back to the room right away but then waited for 30-45 minutes until the tech came in. She then proceeded to tell me it was going to cost me three times what I was quoted over the phone and I had been quoted for the correct shots. I am never going back to Banfield or Petsmart again!

I was very satisfied with our experience last night at the Banfield Silverdale clinic. The staff was very courteous, straight forward and very gentile and loving to my pet. They were able to see us without too long of a wait in an emergency. The doctor and the nurse were both very informative and seemed quite knowledgeable while explaining everything to me in terms I could understand. The fees seemed very reasonable (for vet bills!) and were explained to us before said services were preformed. I recommend Banfield and plan to go back there myself.

lol... reviews aren't so hot on this side of the country either... maybe banfield should look into quitting their hyper-corporate practices and get back into practicing medicine. these reviews are all over the country. not all banfields are bad, but that's because the people who work at those locations are ignoring the corporate bullshit put on their heads. THINK ABOUT IT, BANFIELD! :D and have a lovely day!
