I don't recommend that anyone go to this vet. I have been taking my dog here for a few months. I chose this vet because it is very close to my residence. I have experienced outright rudeness from the receptionists/nurses. The receptionist/nurses are very unprofessional, and you can tell that arguing with them or their superiors will just give you a migraine. The receptionist/nurses across as a clinic that is more concerned with up selling than the actual well being of your pet. they reception/nurses also will make suggestions that don't coincide with what the vet himself recommends. Also they will take there time getting back to you. For instance, they will say " we'll give you the results in 2 hours". Then send an email within the next couple of days. I would highly recommended that you second guess everything this clinic suggest, do your research, and get a second opinion.

At first it was an ok place for my furbaby, then I started to get some attitude from front desk girls. And when my furbaby had a serious problem it was more of a sales pitch rather then the health and well being for my pup. Also totally got a retail sales pitch on the dog food they sell after I had already stated I have had no issues with the dog food I had been using. In all I am not going back, there are many other vets this one was just convenient because it was so close.

We recently moved here from out of state and one of our senior dogs became ill. On first visit I was pleased by the excellent customer service I received. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to see Dr. Ohm. He got right to work with gentle care and gave me a few options in which direction he though I could go to get my little dog healthy again. I appreciated the options and respect for pricing as our finance's were a little tight at the time. Dr. Ohm got my little senior dog back to good health and we are both happy. I feel very lucky that this Snohomish Station Animal Hospital was my first choice to go to for animal care. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst animal hospital you could go to. We took our pet here and they seriously injured him. When we went to talk with them about the injuries THEY caused, they denied everything of course, they want to protect their reputation. Their prices are way too high. The staff are extremely rude. They handle your pets roughly. HORRIBLE PLACE. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

All staff at Snohomish Station Animal Hospital have been extremely courteous, caring, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My experience is that my pets and us humans are very well taken care of. I appreciate that all staff take the time to get to know my pets' personalities, making it a comfortable and trusting experience. The medical care is very thorough and I feel included in the process of treatment. The follow up care is also very appreciated. After visits, it's great to get a follow-up phone call or email checking in on how my pet is doing. The level of customer service is outstanding. I have referred several of my family members to Snohomish Station Animal Hospital and they all love it!
