I've had him as a vet for over 10 years, with multiple dogs, including shelter and rescued dogs, including an adopted stray. He is current in his technical expertise, and kind with me, and with my animals. He has seen us through the good and bad. He sits down with me and talks about the treatment tradeoffs of various disease, including cancer. He has referred me to "alternative" care such as acupuncture for a dog with cervical neck disease. He is fair with his pricing. Maybe most convincing, even my former shelter animals look forward to visiting his clinic. Both he and his staff have the special "touch" that makes animals comfortable.
