I am a new customer to Millwood Animal Clinic in the past year. I had been with a previous vet for 17 years. Millwood Animal Clinic has gone out of their way to be helpful, courteous, and very caring with my cats. They do not overcharge you, and since I am a senior citizen now, they even have a senior citizen discount which is very helpful. I would recommend Millwood Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a vet in the Spokane Valley area.

We've been with Millwood Animal Clinic for over 15 years now and even longer with Dr. Schneider. Dr. Schneider and Dr. Freeman are wonderful, caring veterinarians who have many years of experience. You are told the facts and given all the options for your pets treatment. I've never felt a procedure was done to increase the bill. The pet's comfort and quality of life is considered in the treatment and you are given this information too. The office is very basic with no fancy decorations, but that's not important to me. The veterinary services are lower priced than others I've seen. We've never had problems with the staff, although there are some new people there now. I've had experience with other veterinarians in Spokane and I think these two are among the best. We have vets closer to us but choose to drive 35 minutes to go to these veterinarians.

Amazing service and care! I brought my lil 5month old kitten in for a wellness exam, I called ahead to see if I could seen same day because of my weird schedule and they got me in right away! The staff were incredibly sweet and knowledgable, the clinic was a clean and friendly environment; I think we have a regular vet now! :)

If you care about your animal do not take them here. My dog came home bloody and traumatized after getting his nails clipped. The receptionist felt it was appropriate to hang up on me when I called to complain.
