Having never used this clinic (had a mobile vet) I didn't know what to expect. Had to put my 20 year old cat to sleep. Wanted a private cremation. That's All the info I gave at the time of the appointment. When I got there they asked me a few questions. They took care of everything. I got my cats remains back (in only 3 days) in a beautiful oak, engraved box. And the price was very reasonable. I can't thank Dr. Donna, Misty, Lisa and Glenda enough. They made the most traumatic day of my last 20 years go so easy and now because of Family Pet Memorial I have nothing else to do. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
The staff is so sweet. Very professional and always willing to help.
