When my kitten broke his leg I took him a few other places begging for help because I'm a single mom in college so I didn't have any money. No one was able to help. One of the other places suggested taking him to the Garland Animal Clinic and they might be able to help. The vet saw him without hesitation and took him in back to make sure nothing was seriously wrong. Because he was so young, they weren't able to cast it but they gave me some medication to take home and gave me amazingly helpful advice. I handed them the $8 I had in my pocket and he charged me in the computer for the cheapest medication they had on file so I didn't have to pay for the expensive medication I was given. I have an appointment tomorrow to check up on my dog's tumor and I know they are going to do everything in their power to help. I love these people! 100% THE BEST VET IN TOWN!!!

I have only been taking my cat here for about a week, but I absolutely love it. I came home to my cat being unable to walk last week and after her being diagnosed with epilepsy by another vet I decided to take her to Garland Animal Clinic to get a second opinion. They were able to make me an appointment the day I called and were extremely friendly when I got there. I could not be happier I chose to go here. My cat has mostly been seeing Dr.Grace but the entire staff is very welcoming and helpful. Although we have not yet figured out what exactly is wrong with her, we have been able to rule out a lot of potential causes, and Dr. Grace is great about laying out all options, answering questions, and telling me exactly what each thing will cost so I am never surprised by the bill at the end of the day. They have made the last couple of days a lot easier and have been really good about assuring me that we will figure out what is wrong with her and make her healthy again. I am very hopeful we will get everything figured out and am very confident in the ability of their staff to find a diagnosis.

I have been a client for years and my pets and I have always received care, education, and attention that exceeds my expectations each visit. They work with me to ensure my pets are taken care of and I leave knowing they are in good hands. I can call at any time with any question and they take the time to answer fully and encourage me to call back if I need to. They also call me after appointments to make sure everything is good on my end. You can tell everyone in the office loves animals and treats them like they are family.

They treated our family pet during his last days and treated him with compassion and answered all questions and explained options in detail. Prices were more than fair and quality was not affected. Thank you for making our family friend comfortable and not rushing us off the phone when we asked questions. Your attention to detail doesn't go un-noticed!

I've only been to the Garland clinic a couple of times but I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else! You can tell straight away these people are good at their jobs, the receptionists are always friendly and helpful, not to mention the doctors themselves who are great with animals and people a like. Always complimented me on how fit and healthy my dog was, and just like everyone says they make their money by being professional and courteous unlike some other places that will try to milk you for all you're worth.
