An amazing place with compassionate caring professionals!

Dr Ryan Brown is the best vet I have ever had and I really liked our last vet clinic and only changed because we moved out of the area. Dr Brown came in and sat on the floor to "meet" my little one. My dog, Bailey, is only ten pounds and Dr Brown coming down to her level put her at ease immediately. The doctor recommended laser treatment for an open wound on her leg from a severe allergy reaction and the open wound was completely healed in a couple days. Amazing! The entire staff was so friendly to both Bailey and me, and the level of care and professionalism was outstanding! Thank you so much Indian Trail Animal Clinic. I will definitely be back for all of Bailey's needs.

Everyone here is really nice and courteous--they take great care of our pets. The place is clean and inviting and the doctors and staff know what they're talking about and really care about the animals. I am happy doing business with them!

You need more people to help with answering phones!! I was on hold for 6 minutes and NO ONE came back on line. 6 minutes is a long time to be placed on hold. If it's that busy then get more people to help answer the phones. I guess you don't need the business for a new customer.

Wonderful staff and doctors. So happy to receive excellent care at affordable prices. Dr. Brown treats my scared kitty so nicely and everyone seems to really care about the animals. I recommend this clinic very highly and have a lot of experience with some other not so great clinics on the north side.
