Terrific customer service. April at the front desk is amazing and so kind. Dr Brewster is fabulous and took great care of my dog. My family was seen at this vet but never before my own dog, she had an emergency and he took her right in and dealt with it no questions asked. I will now be switching to this vet permanently as her care has exceeded my expectations.

I brought my almost ten year old German Shepherd in to have an epulis removed that had grown rapidly. It was quite large. When I called in the nurse gave me an estimate, telling me what exactly was being included. After calling around to other clinics in the area she had sounded the most knowledgeable, and the price she quoted me was about half that of everyone else. When I brought my dog in they took a look at the epulis, weighed her, and adjusted the quote. I also had the doctor take a look at a skin tag between the toes of her rear left paw that had also grown rapidly, as well as her ear which I thought might be infected. After he administered the pre-anesthetic and I brought her to the kennel I was told to call back at a specific time to check in on her status. When I did I was informed that the surgery had gone well and that she had responded well to the anesthetic. I was also informed that the skin tag was actually a grass seed that had gotten stuck. He removed it at no additional cost. I was also informed that he had removed a cracked incisor and her ear was indeed infected. When I came to pick her up an hour later she was elated to see me, and ready to go home. After the surgeries, tooth cleaning included with the surgery, booster shots, and ear infection rinse and ointment the total was still under 400 dollars, at around 365 dollars. The nurse is both pleasant and experienced, and the doctor was reassuring and didn't charge me for either the seed removal, being a new patient, or the consult. The medication was priced competitively. I am extremely satisfied with their services and will continue to bring my old pup here from now on. I hope this helps.

Very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and treated my dog with great care. I called many vets and already on the phone I discovered their outstanding service and friendliness. Definitely exceeded all my expectations.
