Couldn't be more impressed. I've had two dogs seen by Summit (an elderly Italian greyhound who required two surgeries to have salivary tissue removed due to a mucocele) and a young Parson Russell terrier with a history of liver issues who was lethargic/lacking appetite/possibly having trouble urinating. Every time we've been to Summit the communication has been great (with front staff as well as medical staff), the team has been clear and thorough in explaining what's going on, and everyone's taken the time to make sure we understand what's going on and what our options are. Over the last few years several coworkers and friends have had pets at Summit for various reasons and without exception they've had good things to say. I would recommend Summit Veterinary Referral Center without hesitation. I really feel lucky to live close to Summit!

I am 100% impressed with this clinic - from visual, feel appearance; front desk staffs' friendliness, professionalism, knowledge; professional staffs' kind bedside manor to myself and my pet, medical ability and communication; and best yet the care my pet received. I took my black lab for surgery for a tumor and i was under great anxiety. The clinic experience greatly minimized my anxiety and best yet my little girl is recovering wonderfully! We were transferred to this clinic from another emergency vet because of the specialists. They were very thorough in assessing what unfortunately could not be repaired. There is not doubt if my dog could have survived she would have. I appreciate the care we received while going through such a shocking and difficult time. Side note: If you have complaints about the costs of vet care (little bitter about people who complain about this) get pet insurance. It doesn't cover EVERYTHING but it can help and take the sting out of certain emergency situations that arise with your pet. Read the policy carefully though it can be tricky and get it when they are a puppy! One more note: This is the only vet we've been to where my dog wanted to go back inside.

I took my cat in yesterday for an emergency visit. The lady's at the front desk were kind and made me feel comfortable and welcome. My cat is very sick and probably won't be around very much longer so you can imagine how terrible I've been feeling these past few days. My cat and I saw Dr. Kristen Lawson, she was amazing. Dr. Lawson was very professional and educated but also made me feel comfortable and more calm about the situation. The staff was very nice to my cat and were even telling him how cute he is :) The price of my visit was very reasonable and by the time I left I did not feel as scared or worried. I will definitely continue bringing my animals to this clinic! Thank you all so much for your kind words and help yesterday.

Dr. J. Demuth is a fantastic neurologist. Not only was he extremely thorough but incredibly helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. As a matter of fact, I would recommend Summit facility to anyone in an emergency.
