If you care about your pet, do not take them here. Staff was rude, clinic was disorganized, and procedure done poorly.

I've been waiting for 3 hours so far and my kitten still hasn't been seen by the doctor. I'm only here for an exam and worms, it should not take this long. The customer service isn't the best either. I won't be coming back here.

DO NOT GO HERE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I have an English bulldog that needed an ex ray to see how many puppies she was pregnant with. I waited 15 min to get into the exam room which wasn't bad. Once in the exam room was greeted by the nurse promptly. Then for 45 min not one person or vet cam in the room. I went out and asked the lady at the desk and she went and talked to the people in the back and then told me I was next. Then another 25-30 min went by and still not one person came into my exam room. Again I asked the front desk and she went back and asked and this time the first nurse I saw came in and told me she will speak with the vet. I could hear the vet in the hall say "I never said any one was next and she is just going to have to wait cause now I am going in back for surgery, so that's just to bad." ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Then the nurse came back in and had the nerve to tell me I could just leave my dog there and they would get to her when they could. It is a 5 min ex-ray and my dog hasn't eaten yet I am not going to leave her there all day till they feel like it. I was then out side talking to my sister about what just happened and some guy that had his dog was standing there, the nurse had the nerve to then come out and ask the guy if I was bothering him. (FYI- The clinic wasn't even full there were me and 2 other people there when I got there, so no excuse)

Nurses and counter staff are not friendly at all. I found a dog on the side of the road and brought him in for a look over and they looked at him and treated him with disgust. Yes, dogs are not pretty when they are neglected but you guys do need to be professional. Dr was good but after waiting for 3 hrs I was over it. I will not be back again

This place was horrible. I brought in a cat that I told them was pregnant. The were adamant she was not pregnant, and took x-rays of her abdomen. They said it was all fluid and that she either had FIP or Feline Leukemia. Basically they told me she had fatal disease and the outcome was bleak. They told me she needed an expensive ultrasound. They also didn't even notice she had ear mites (Vet 101). They tried to charge me for the "complimentary" checkup that was advertised for new customers. I would never bring any of my pets to this place. Needless to say, I took the cat to another vet (a reputable one) and the doctor immediately told me she did not need an ultrasound; that the cat was indeed pregnant. The cat had kittens 4 weeks later. I sent Value Pet Clinic a letter, they denied any wrongdoing and would not even consider a partial credit/refund. They stood behind their incorrect diagnosis. I would not recommend this vet to anyone.
