I have had such an amazing experience at this hospital. I have my first puppy and the staff has been so helpful throughout the learning experience. I have called multple times to ask questions and they always help. The puppy package is an amazing deal. Kona got spayed here and everyone (vets, techs, admins, etc.) was available to educate me through the entire process. I was even able to send pict...ures of the suture to make sure it was healing properly which was so convenient instead of bringing her in. Everyone is always patient with all of my questions. I was also able to send in my puppy vaccine forms for obedience school to be filled out instead of going to the office. I would definitely reccommend East Padden to anyone looking for a vet!

Maybe people get fooled by their warm greeting and friendly smiles and give them good reviews, but what happened to me showed that all these smiles are nothing but artificial! Although I had Banfield plan, I toke my cat there for an emergency (Urinary problem) just to make sure we are taking him to the best clinic. But the doctor just checked regular things like temperature and heartbeat and introduced us to another hospital which was more advanced! The doctor gave our cat a medicine despite the fact that he has issues with that drug and it was recorded in his Banfield file (they had the history from Banfield) and told me that he might need them! They charged me around $50 for visit and another $60 for the drug we didn't need (and they refused to take it back the next day). I checked the medicine price with a local pharmacy and it was only $20! $110 for telling me that I have to go somewhere else and giving me 6 tablets that were not needed and shouldn't be prescribed in the first place! Thanks for nothing!

Doesn't get much better than this people. The care for the animals comes from the heart and the staff mean what they say and say what they mean. In a caring, comforting way. Prices aren't too bad and in my view are worth the money for the services rendered. Dr Tracy has cared for my Boxer since a puppy and the two definitely have a great relationship. I don't write reviews often, but when I do I mean them. I HIGHLY recommend this Animal Hospital for ALL your pet veterinary services,.

The most loving, empathic,caring, intuitive, brilliant warm and honest veterinarian and staff, that I know of (I think Dr, Stocking in L.A. has retired, so Tracy is the best.)

Buyer Beware ... ALWAYS ASK FOR PRICE IN WRITING BEFORE. Sticker shock, prices are outrageously expensive. Plan to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars for minor emergencies. Bait and switch tactics. Plan to go for broke.
