I cannot even begin to state how happy we are with our experience from Cozy Cats. Our almost 7 year old Persian mix needed some drastic grooming, so after some research we decided on Cozy Cats. She has a Diva-like temperament and hates new people, but once Alex took her out of her crate she immediately let him begin to clean her. It was incredible. Three hours later I brought her home with her new Majestic Lion cut and she has never been more cuddly, playful, and kitten-like. Thank you so much, we will be returning to Alex and Cozy Cats in the future.

I am a friend of the groomer there (Alex) so when my cat's hair was getting crazy and I was tired of attempting to shave her butt on my own he said he'd help me out. Because of this friendship I got the "behind the scenes adventure!" which basically means that I got to see what he does when you aren't looking. He was awesome in how he handled my Baby Brat! She was a wiggle worm (per usual) and he was patient. He asked me what I wanted several times because I was so apprehensive about shaving her down. She has a very funky mane and he took extra time to tame it. She looked great and I didn't feel like a horrible mom because I took her to Alex. :) She's about a month out now and it still looks awesome. :D
