I've been going to Ec Animal Hospital for many years, it wasnt until recently I decided to try a different animal hospital for my animals. I will agree that they are very professional, friendly and somewhat reAsonably priced. But Ive had them care for my 4 animals for 10+ years, I feel as though they could never properly diagnose my pets when they were ill and would just recommend testing upon testing and never solved the problems because it was too expensive. One of my pets probably lost years of her life because she had Been givin the wrong dose of insulin. We just recently lost our last pet member of our family mostly from a reason we were aware of, but they suggested to keep him over the weekend so he could have an IV and that he would recover. But instead we got an early morning phone call saying he passed away. Yes, I'm a little upset. But I also feel like I don't and never will have the answers I need. Now we are starting fresh with a new dog and I'm sorry to say I won't be returning to ECAH. The staff really are nice people. The service wasn't great.

Had a kitty spayed here with wonderful customer service and no hassles. I was concerned about part of the stitches a week after the surgery, and had a free follow-up with the vet less than 2 hours after I called with my concern. Cheapest all-around spay I could find in the area, with undoubtedly a very high level of care. Highly reccommended.

The staff and vets at Eau Claire Animal Hospital are the best I have ever worked with. I have been a dog owner for 13 years. Dr. Johnson and the other staff members went above and beyond for my dog when we thought her health was in serious jeopardy. It is obvious that everyone who works there loves animals and cares very much for their welfare. I wouldn't ever take my "girls" anywhere else. Their prices are reasonable as well. They get the highest recommendation that I could give.
