Dr. Kelsey Gleason is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, attentive, and professional individuals I've ever worked with in the healthcare industry. She provides a holistic approach to veterinary care including training, diet, as well as traditional medical care. She's worked with me and my dog through a case of anxiety and each time we meet I walk away truly impressed. She's exceptionally thorough, always spending >30 minutes discussing the issue, progress, triggers, and potential solutions. Additionally, she's open to newer and creative treatments when traditional treatments are ineffective. I absolutely could not be any happier with the care she provides and recommend her to all pet owners. Additionally, the rest of the staff is similarly exceptional. They are polite, knowledgeable, timely, and genuine animal-lovers.

5 month old Bengal cat died here. Screwed up getting the anesthetic collar on....or should I say, they said there was "an issue". Was told that de-clawing/spaying would be fine at that age but apparently a majority of people say it was too soon. Inexperienced doctor didn't seem to care that he didn't have any experience working with Bengals and that it shouldn't matter. Even though an autopsy confirmed no genetic issues, they still insisted on the bill being paid. Doctor Paul Kunde was just out of school a year prior (2011). No one will ever know the truth what they did that night, they immediately said it could be genetic. Sorry, that's bogus, we have her sister and she's perfectly fine. Something went wrong and they knew what but failed to just come forward.

we've seen 3 or 4 vets there over the past 5 years and they have all been fantastic. they are good with our cats and take the time to answer all our questions and explain any treatment options to us. never have any trouble getting an appointment either.
