We've been using Best Friends Veterinary Center since Dr. Boss bought the practice. Having been a foster family to various cats and kittens as well as having three - four of our own, I've always been extremely happy with the service we've received. Even though our four are overdue for their exams, when one of our cats ate a rubber band, they responded immediately to my e-mail and addressed my concerns on what to watch for and how to handle it. We've had to go through the very painful process of putting long term companions down and they are very compassionate and caring of the process. Additionally, they always have good advice through all the years of your pets life. I'd highly recommend them!

The doctors and staff of Best Friends Veterinary Center are the best! They have cared for our animals, which have been many, for almost 20 years. We are pleased with the courteous, prompt, personalized attention and the professional knowledge they offer. Treatment is always followed up on and emergency calls are always responded to in a timely and helpful manner. The clinic offers most services, including surgical and rehabilitative. The facility is clean and neat and runs efficiently. They are AAHA accredited.

We have been taking our doggies to Best Friends Veterinary Center since we moved from New York about 6 years ago. Can not say enough how wonder, kind, understanding, helpful, gentle ad caring they ALL are, the staff are doctor's are exceptional. Never received this kind care at any of our vets back in New York. One doggy has passed since our move, now we are the happy "auntie" of "Hazelnut". She is a beautiful dog (beagle mix), and is happy and healthy with the care from Best Friends Vets!!!!!!

I used to go to this vet for my cats, and every time I went in, apparently my cat had teeth issues, and they need to do extractions. Yet my other cat was fine. This place is overpriced, they push their cat food, and try to tell you how bad the other food is out there. I got sick of buying their food, and went to petsmart and got some good food that was a lot cheaper and didn't need a vet's prescription to get. The second time I took my cat to this vet b/c he was throwing up, they automatically recommended teeth extractions, in fact they took 2 out the first time, and 3 the second time. I asked if my cat would be able to eat afterward and they told me he would. However, after a week, my cat couldn't eat anything, and I had to take him to an emergency vet, so they could tube feed him. Sadly, my cat had given up and died after that surgery. If it wasn't for this vet recommending surgery, my cat of 7 years would still be alive. If you want your pets to live and be healthy, I highly recommend the vet in saukville, they are much more caring and help to understand the problem before jumping to a conclusion.
