Had a great experience today at Animart. I had been considering getting a pair of rats for a while now and I was shopping around at several pet stores to get an idea of cost as well as check out how the rats looked. I found Animart to be very welcoming and their pet selection was fantastic. Their staff helped me to get all the right equipment and helped me select a pair of adorable young rats to take home. All the staff I met were extremely friendly and helpful, they all seemed to want to make sure I was totally satisfied with my new pets. I forget my saleswoman's name (young blonde with pretty blue eyes) but she was particularly helpful. Thanks Animart, I'll keep you in mind whenever I next need anything pet related!

My wife and I bought a bichon frise puppy there a week ago and couldn't be happier. After being told by several of our local shelters that we couldn't adopt due to us having an infant in the house, we looked into getting one from animart. They seemed on the up and up to us and had a beautiful pup listed on their site that we went and saw right away. We fell in love with him and met with one of their adoption counselors. His name was Alex Booker and he couldn't have been more helpful and informative. He took plenty of time to go over all of the puppies vet records with us and answered all of our questions with expert knowledge. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a companion.

I shop at Animart for my Flemish Giant rabbit. They have a good selection fo things, although I wish they had more for rabbits, but that cannot be helped. The staff is normally quite wonderful. One serious issue I have with them though is the rabbits they sell. They have two wonderful rex's. But their signs say they are Netherland Dwarfs. No. No no no. Not only that, the female rex there, she was beautiful. But shedding quite badly, matted fur, and so overweight she struggled to get into her litterbox. I was speaking with an employee there, worried about the poor girl's health, because an overweight rabbit is a bad thing, and bad for their health. The girl pretty much told me I had no idea of what I was talking about and that the poor baby was underweight. Also told me how she had a nasty temperament and that she wouldn't let them groom her. I asked to see her, and once out of the cage she ran and snuggled with me. They NEED to care for the animals there better, and see to their needs. And to not tell someone who knows a lot about an animal, example the rabbit, and tell them that they are wrong.

I've been in Animart several times and each time the staff is very helpful. Not only are they helpful but they also make sure they have time for me and never ever make me feel like they don't want to help me. My dogs are big chewers and they gave me great recommendations. Thank you Animart!!!!

I went to Animart to learn more about getting a dog. I asked the associate lots of questions, and she was very informative. She shared her opinion, and gave me facts about certain breeds. She was knowledgeable, and I would for sure go back to learn more about other animals.
