The vets, the staff, the vet techs...they are all so great with my guinea pig, Merlin. Its hard to find places that know so much about smaller pets. They think he is adorable and treat him like he was one of their own pets! They also do small furry pets boarding, like rabbits, and of course, guinea pigs...its almost impossible to find anyone who boards guinea pigs!(of course, I tell merlin, he is going to piggy day care!). They take such good care of him, it makes it much easier to have to leave him! They even give him floor time and hold and pet him. Merlin and I give them a thumbs up! Jean

We've had several rats, and Healthy Pet has been great to them - and to my family. When our first rat needed to be put down, the staff was so good. It was very traumatic for our 11 year old boy, but the staff treated the situation (and my family) with respect and dignity. You might think, 'it's just a rat', but to our son he was his best friend. Many places don't deal with small animals, so it's nice to have a place like this.

this is by far the best vet clinic in madison.we're like family. I'd never be able to afford as much as I can for my 4 animals if it was'int for there fair prices.
