The staff there is wonderful! Dr. Waller is an amazing doctor and compassionate individual. She was so amazing with my dog Gus who has anxiety issues and aggression towards other dogs. The staff was great about helping me get Gus in and out of the clinic without encountering other dogs, and never made me feel bad about my dog's issues. Dr. Waller called me personally multiple times while Gus was being treated and once his results came in. I was very impressed.

Dr Link and company have cared for my labs for the last 15+ years. This includes two litters and several field injuries (porcupines, split pads, deep cuts, hot spots, etc..) as well as routine care. I hope the new vets continue in Dr Link's tradition of quality care at a reasonable rate.

Spring Harbor is a wonderful experience! The facility is very nice, the ladies at the front desk are superb, and Dr. Pam is an excellent vet. I recently called to discuss tick concerns first thing on a Monday morning. I'm sure it's a very busy time for them, with larger worries than ticks, but Jamie was friendly and knowledgeable as always. She sensed I might need a reassuring call from Dr. Pam, and within just a couple hours Dr. Pam was on the other end, her usual cool and calm self addressing my concerns. My dog and I are in good hands at Spring Harbor!

Was in there twice. The vet I had (Joel?) couldn't figure out what was wrong, and just treated other things. I heard him tell two other customers that he wasn't sure what was wrong with their pets either.

Great service...they truly want what's best for your animal.
