Truesdell Animal Clinic has been a fantastic place for our pets. We started bringing our dogs here in 2010 after our neighbor referred us. We had a dog with severe epilepsy and Dr. Brittney helped us through an awful ordeal. She was kind and willing to refer us to a vet with more epilepsy experience at UW when things got complicated. After our sick dog passed away we continued to bring our other dog to her until this day. They are responsive and easy to book appointments with and have great hours, even on saturdays. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because they are a bit pricier than our previous vet, but the availability and hours make up for it by far.

We have been taking our pets to Truesdell for over 10 years. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I can get an appointment at a time that fits my schedule and quickly. All of the vet techs and vets are wonderful. We usually see Dr. Tom or Dr. Brittany and they are very attentive to not only my dog, but to my son as well who likes to come along. They give you an estimate of all costs and explain everything up front, including different options. I always get my questions answered and appreciate that I can communicate with the vets via email or phone if I have any follow-up issues after our visit. I will always recommend Truesdell as the place to go for your pets care!

Friendly and knowledgeable. I took the furballs in for check-ups, and one was groomed. Everything was very fast and smooth. I will definitely be back.

I have brought my pets to Truesdell ever since I moved to Madison in 2007. The entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Heide Meier is great with my nervous chihuahua, my exuberant pug mix, my half-blind senior citizen cat, and my crazy 1 year old cat. She was very thoughtful and helped us make tough choices at the end of my old cat's life. The techs are all great and helpful if you have a question that can be sorted out on the phone. I highly recommend Truesdell Animal Hospital!

This place has always treated both me and my dog Angel to nothing but polite kindness. The vets (especially Dr. Heidi) are both knowledgeable and gentle and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for veterinary care for their loved ones.
