Super awesome vet clinic! The staff is kind and compassionate, and the doctors are efficient and communicative. I have had nothing but positive experiences! I highly recommend them to all my friends.

We have taken our dog here for a little over a year, and although we haven't had any major issues, I have been dissatisfied with the service we have received. Our dog had a culture taken for ringworm, and they over incubated it, so i had to return so they could do another one. They have also had to re-give vaccines because they didn't mark them down properly in the computer. The vet tech over-clipped my dogs nail to the point where he expressed his anal glands.

Wow. I don't understand the negative comments at all. Everyone on staff could not be more considerate or understanding. They have taken excellent care of all of my pets & have gone out of their way to accommodate their various health problems. They have offered various treatment options & never pushed for a decision. As for $, their payment plans are incredibly flexible. No nasty letters or high-pressure phone calls. If you care about your pet they do too.

Nobody likes going to the vet, but this clinic does a great job comforting animals and their owners. Both Dr. Caldwell and Dr. Hellestad are very professional and keep the owner updated through the entire process. I appreciated how gently they proceeded with my crazy cat. This clinic is also very helpful in preparing all travel documents.

i love this clinic. they take care of our animal pile (2 cats and a dog) and have helped in emergency situations with old/sick animals that are under our care. they are very flexible, knowledgeable, and professional. the main thing i like is how gentle and caring the staff is with every animal that i bring in there (or refer to them). world-class local vet care...
