Lakeshore in Oak Creek is a great place to take your pet wether it be an emergency or for speciality care. I have taken my cat there for emergency care as well as to see Dr Reiman who is their wonderful Oncologist. Everyone from the doctors to the receptionists to the technicians are friendly, compassionate and professional. When you are dealing with your pet who is ill and needs urgent care that goes a long way. When you are dealing with the devastation of a cancer diagnosis of your best friend it does the same. I recommend Lakeshore in Oak Creek to anyone and everyone.

This place is the worst place I have ever been to for vet care. First, they take your pet from you and whisk it away to some back room where you don't know what's going on with it and won't tell you what's going on for the longest time. Every other place I've been to lets you stay with your animal through the exam process. I was there for hours waiting and there was only 1 other person there. Plus the doctor was incompetent. He couldn't figure out what was wrong with my cat and wanted me to spend thousands of dollars to figure it out. I got what this place about then--a racket to take advantage of upset pet owners and use it to scam you out of as much money as possible. Don't be fooled. This place is so overpriced. There are other emergency vets that are a lot cheaper, so don't get scammed by this place. I took my cat to another emergency vet the next day and the doctor figured out what was wrong with my cat in the first minute of the exam and it was way cheaper to boot. The doctor at Lakeshore examined my pet for 2 hours and couldn't figure out a thing. Incompetent. They told me they were done with my pet and I literally waited for an hour for them to type up some paperwork. It was ridiculous. This place is a complete rip off and out to scam you out of as much money as possible by telling you you need all these tests when you don't, and incompetent as well. The only positive thing I will say is the receptionist is very nice and friendly. Be warned.

A veterinarian from this clinic tried to feed on my mom 2 of her dogs came down with parvo and the vet tried to make money off of her misfortune
