Like a previous reviewer, I had relocated to the area. In my case, from Minneapolis. I called because my dog was ill and was asked if I was an existing patient. When I said no, that I has just moved to the area form Minneapolis, I was told I couldn't get an appointment for a month. When I pointed out that my dog was sick today, the receptionist very snottily replied that they have enough problems serving their current clients. What a jerk! Another clinic offered to squeeze me and also offered at-home care tips. It's not that hard to have a little common courtesy and at least offer some at-home care advice.
