We have been so very happy with Dr Hartling, the new vet, at Gentle Care. A few month ago, our dog ingested a poison. I called the after hours line, and Dr. Hartling was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and our dog is just fine. Recently, my other doggie contracted a tick borne disease. Dr. Hartling was very quick to diagnose and treat my best buddy. She has provided wonderful, professional care! Plus, my dogs love her, too.

I have gone to see Dr. Rose for our dogs several years now. I WAS extremely happy with the "gentle care" we received however, the past year or so I have been very disappointed at how the quality and gentleness of care has become almost non existent. It is almost impossible to have a conversation with Dr. Rose as she has turned into a "know it all" and won't even consider something anyone else may have to say. My cousin had a cat that had to be put down for a variety of reasons, however, before getting these diagnosis' she pumped the near death cat with vaccinations that weren't needed for an animal that was put to sleep by the end of the day once the diagnosis was found to be life threatening. This also happened to me once while boarding there during vacation. They had my phone number but didn't bother contacting me nor my neighbor who was a 2nd contact about vaccination questions and chose to RE-VACCINATE on their own instead. The worst part is that I had given all information about previous vaccinations but they had neglected to document this; therefore causing additional costs for me and toxins from duplicate vaccinations in my dogs system from this "know it all" who only had to pick up the phone and call for verification of previous vet information. I am currently looking for a new CARING and GENTLE vet to go to.....

They are the most caring people. Your pets are in great hands! They are also AFFORDABLE! What more can you ask for?
