they are so slow. everytime that i've went there for an appointment, my wait has never been less than 1hr 1/2 to 2 hrs. They seem like they're just interested in getting them in and getting them out. They even gave my 3lb dog too much medicine and she started foaming at the mouth, couldn't breath, fell over, etc. She looked bad and needed medicine to counteract it.
