I just want to let everyone know I did get another vet to come and see my horses, However it has cost $200 farm call fee, because of Audubon Animal Clinic in Bridgeport. When I called Audubon Animal Clinic last week Dr. Winnie Maset was out that day, they said someone would call me back. On Wednesday Mara from the clinic called to schedule the appt.for this week, when she started asking where I live I replied, Katy, she said Mannington? I said no, then she said Farmington? I said no, I have a Fairmont, address, I told her to ask Winnie, he knows where I live. She was been being rude and snippy on the phone for some reason, So I asked her why she was being rude to me? She then went off saying she wasn't being rude and she need to know where I live so she could get his schedule set. The she said never mind I will have someone else call me and make the appt. I never heard back from them, so I messaged winnie, He advised me, HE IS NO LONGER ALLOW TO WORK ON MY HORSES! OMG REALLY, He has been my vet for 15 yrs, We have been freinds since we were 5. Went to same chuch and school and now he can not work on my horses? Really? I waited a day and called the clinic and spoke to the office manager and told her it is unfair that he get penalized based on a 2 sided conversation, and they got one side of the story! She said she would talk to the owner about and call me back, That was Thursday last week, I never received a return phone call. Talk about unprofessional. I am hurt my friend didn't say, I'm sorry she is a long time client of mine and friend and I will deal with her directly, since their office personal is so rude. OH Well, I know I've now lost more than $$$$. Anyone else had problems like this with them..or is it just me?

Called to schedule an appointment for a male cat neuter. The lady who answered was very rude and I was placed on hold and no one ever returned to the line. Won't be going here.

I called this clinic with an emergency and was put on hold for 15 minutes and finally referred to a "Tech," who came off as rude and was very unhelpful. Told me they were overbooked for the day and could not fit me in. When I asked for recommendations for other vets in the area, they were not able to give me any and acted very apathetic about my whole situation.

Great service. We've been taking our pets there for years, and they are very caring and knowledgeable.

I could not be more pleased with this vet staff! I take all four of my animals there (2 cats and 2 dogs). Extremely friendly and helpful. They will rush you in for emergencies no problem. I have nothing but excellent things to say! Just call and see for yourself.
