They charged me for many unnecessary tests on my cat. When I had a test done on my kitten they would not call me back. I had to call them 4 times for the vet to respond, when they had the results for 2 weeks!!! Then he told me my cat was positive for a virus and asked me if I wanted to put her down when she had appeared perfectly healthy...I took my cat to another vet and they said she was fine and the test wasn't very accurate...I also found that information online so I was not happy about being told my cat was dying and paying $80 for a test that wasn't accurate in the first place.
