It's not deserving of any kind of rating. Had to leave our dog at the KAH overnight, but not getting a reason as to why. Next day visit, I did this and I did that, electralights low gave her fluids. Also waiting for blood anaylis, but it's not back yet. Next day blood back, but don't understand the doc say's these numbers are high those number low, I ran my test against the lab test of local hosp., but mine are different, doc say's he doesn't get it. Who do you beleive? Will do more fluids and give her our shitty brand of dog food in a can. Can we take her home in the morning. Probably not. The doc does not have an answer for anything. Sorry forgot the most important thing. I should have went with my wife. This doctor saw it fit to yell and I mean yell 2 inches from her face. Also threatned that he would send our dog to Co, Ohio and you can pay an even higher bill. Since He worked on our dog, we will dam sure pay a bill and we paid it. An by the way this lead to my wife in emotional distress like I have never seen her. By far the worst experince and recommend not even taking a barn rat to this hospital. Sorry for the spelling and bad grammer.

They truly care about your animal, more than they care about you really! LOL So if they are really busy, yes, they can be a little short with you, but they were SO loving to my Penny girl, and when I had to have her put down finally...they were VERY compassionate. When I got my new boy he had Parvo, and Doctor Sullivan saved him!

By far the best animal Doctor, and has been since I was only a child, and im 57 now. Very grateful for them not to mention how my pets through the years though possibly unaware of the love and care they were given. Thanks to all the staff and Doctors! Sincerely, Howard

Actually if they have the time, they do smile and are really friendly. But please keep in mind, that because they are so busy and they are so involved in the care of your animals, as well as other peoples, they are a highly stressed professional staff. Dr. Sullivan is a truly caring vet who will put your animals well being first! You may have to wait to see him, but it is well worth the wait. Thanks to him, I have had all of my animals well taken care of there over the past 32 years. By the way, has any one ever noticed all of the cats that have taken over the office. Some of these are animals that would have been put down if not for the love and care of everyone at the Kincaid Animal Hospital.

This is where I take my dog too, she has always received great care here. Sometimes they do not act very friendly towards you and barely smile. But Dr, Sullivan is a great vet he has done surgery on my baby many of times and he has always done a great job! You need to get there early if you want to be seen, they are always packed!
